A comprehensive database of pharmaco-omics for cancer precision medicine

In this database, we provided the reversed and adverse effects of
19,406 small molecular compounds and drugs and 509 drug combinations
on the patients of 5 cancer types based on the genomics and transcriptomics
information of 28 kinds of cell lines and 3078 cancer samples.

What is DBPOM?

The DBPOM is the first online database of large-scale studies that estimates both the adverse and reversed effect of a drug on cancer tissues by integrating and scrutinizing the transcriptomic and genomic data of normal samples, cancer samples, cancer cell lines, and compound-treated cancer cell lines.

Regarding precision medicine, the DBPOM fills in the current study gap by mapping various cell lines to individual patients according to their genetic mutation similarity. Furthermore, the DBPOM could estimate the efficacy of a drug on an individual patient with specific mutation pattern.
